Services Provided by our Professional Caregivers include active communication, partnership, planning and compassion.

Provide Current Availability

Keep your schedule current to ensure that you will be called when cases arrived. Your failure to let us know when things change affects your team members too when time is wasted contacting you when you are not available.

We use Teamup, an app that works for iphone and Apple to manage our calendars.

Complete Introductory Contact

More often than not your first contact will be via email. Your Oasis manager can often assist with contacting the client if you are already on assignment. Introductory contact must in all circumstances be made within 15 minutes of case assignment and again 24 hours before the performance of future date cases.

Proactively Accept Cases

When you create your availability, you are telling Oasis that you want to work during the times you have specified. Ideally we’d like to just assign a case to you, and tell you it happened after the fact, but we know life happens – so respond when we are trying to assign a case to you based upon when you said you wanted to work.

Perform Care as directed by Employee Client

Every family will have some type of direction. Pay careful attention and try to understand what the client is really trying to convey – do they want the child to disturb them while they work? Do they expect you to keep that from happening?
