  1. If you are new to Back-Up Care, review the Back-Up Care “About” video.
  2. Visit the FAQ page and learn about scheduling and case assignment procedures
  3. Select Adult or Child caregiver Training Video – and watch (15 Minutes)
  4. Read through the “Caregiver Manual” and complete the “Assessment” here
  5. Read carefully through the following section “Policies & Procedures“. We’ll discuss these more after you complete your Assessment and we meet over video.

Oasis policies and procedures are clearly defined within your contract, however it is important to highlight a few very important points.

While working with Oasis you must follow the processes outline below within the time limits defined. Failure to comply with these policies will in most instances result in the termination of your contract without notice.
